Tartuca is the sum of decades in the restaurant industry, coupled with connections to local food-growers, and friendships that turned into working partnerships.  Every shelf built, menu created, and idea brought to life, is a result of the pieces of shared knowledge that we have gained from mentors throughout our careers.  We are thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community and intend to be your weekly neighborhood Italian spot.
