A scratch Italian kitchen focusing on share plates, homemade pasta, pizza & old-world wines. Inspired by the villages of Piemonte & Toscana, Tartuca builds its menu from what is available and fresh via the season. Our pasta and pizza are meant to be a base from which to explore the many varieties of food produced in the Pacific Northwest, from produce to flour and cheeses. We offer an intimate space for all, including two outdoor patios.
